How Unibook handles your data
What we store
- Your account: email address, name and profile picture from Google sign-in.
- Each link you save, your notes, and a copy of the page's text and images at the time you saved it.
- API keys you create, stored only as a one-way hash.
Who can see it
Only you. Bookmarks and archived files are never shown to other users, and archived files are served through links that expire.
How pages are captured
When you save a link, our server visits it once as a regular logged-out visitor to copy the public text and images. It never uses your passwords or social-media sessions.
Your controls
- Delete any bookmark: its archived copy is deleted with it.
- Export everything from Settings → Your data.
- Delete your account from Settings: every bookmark and file is removed.
